About Us
Wrestling Is For Everyone
The sport of wrestling is a great way to get your child away from the electronics and interested in physical fitness.
This Academy will develop their wrestling skills while making new friends.
- Available to kids from ages 4 to 19
- Wrestling is a workout for both the body and mind. Wrestlers can’t afford to lose focus without risking the match and will end up engaging all major muscle groups.
- Promotes Good Nutrition: Eating the right foods and staying hydrated is a critical part of wrestling. How else can you endure practice if you aren’t properly fueled? Eating right is also important for wrestlers to maintain a consistent weight, as matches are separated into different weight classes.
Builds Character: Wrestling teaches kids good sportsmanship and self-discipline, and helps them be more confident in other aspects of life. With their newfound life skills, they’ll feel ready to take on the world.
HWA strives to provide a well-organized wrestling training environment suitably designed to assist any level of play compatible with our players individual ability and interest. Encouraging a positive youth sports culture to expand the minds and personalities of our athletes with an emphasis on instilling noble qualities in and out of competition. Leaving the foundation for all aspiring and current competitors to have the mental and physical strength to be an asset to their community.
